What it does

Everything around the raid

Polls

Find the night

A weekly poll where everyone picks their days and times. Clovis shows the nights most people can make, with a start time that fits, and marks this week's featured raids.

Rosters

Fill the fireteam

Join as mechanics or ad clear. A full roster rolls into a waitlist that promotes itself, with a private thread, a Discord event and reminders.

Pickup runs

Anyone on?

One command asks who is around tonight. Clovis pings you when there are enough for a dungeon or a raid and builds the roster when you start.

Recaps

Every clear, logged

After a run, a recap with the time and everyone's stats. Unscheduled runs are picked up too, one card per session.

Exotics and titles

Something to chase

See who still needs each raid and dungeon exotic, celebrate the drop, and earn titles and crowns for what your group actually does.

Every Tuesday

The week, posted

The reset post with the featured raids, dungeons and Nightfall, a fresh poll, and a recap of last week's clears.

Getting started

Three commands

  1. 1
    /clovis setup

Your timezone, usual start time and the role to ping.

  2. 2
    /raid channel

Run it in your raid channel, and /dungeon channel for dungeons.

  3. 3
    /raid autopoll

A poll every Tuesday after the reset. Or /raid create to schedule one run right now.

Free, and staying free.

Clovis is a hobby project for a game I love. If it makes your raid nights easier, you can buy me a coffee ☕. Tips help cover hosting.
